Trusts
A “Trust” is an arrangement to hold an individual’s assets. Typically, a “Grantor” transfers his or her assets to a “Trustee” who manages the assets for the benefit of the trust beneficiaries pursuant to the terms of the trust document. Our Trusts & Estates team concentrates on the unique aspects and specific needs of a client’s estate, and works closely with clients to prepare trusts which accurately reflect their needs and wishes. Our skilled attorneys have experience drafting a variety of different trust documents, including:
- Revocable Living Trusts
- Irrevocable Trusts
- Special Needs Trusts
- Life Insurance Trusts
In addition, our attorneys advise trustees in their fiduciary duties under trusts and assist these fiduciaries with trust administration.
