Dan Gartzke Presents “Green County Family Law 101”

Dan Gartzke was one of four presenters at a half-day seminar presented September 27, 2017 in Monroe Wisconsin on Green County Family Law 101, co-sponsored by BoardmanClark and the Green  County Bar Association.

The program was an introduction to family law in general, and in particular how it is practiced in Green County, Wisconsin.  It was also designed to aid attorneys who volunteer at the Green County Family Law Clinic.

Dan started the Green County Family Law Clinic in 2008, and it has since grown to include currently two other attorneys (Dan Bestul and Peter Kelly) and soon another three attorneys.  It provides free assistance to indigent residents of Green County who need help completing legal forms and navigating the family law processes.

Dan’s co-presenters at the seminar included attorneys Dan Bestul and Peter Kelly, and Green County Family Court Commissioner Timothy Burns.
