Boardman Clark is proud to announce that Taylor Anderson, Pat Breen, Brian Goodman, and Jared Walker Smith have been named partners at the firm.

Taylor Anderson has been practicing for 10 years and joined Boardman Clark in 2023. He's an experienced litigator and defends individuals, professionals, and businesses throughout Wisconsin.
Pat Breen is a member of the firm's Dealership and Franchise and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups. Since joining Boardman Clark in 2022, Pat has been representing and advising dealerships, distributors, and trade associations on matters related to franchise relationships, product distribution, business operations, and commercial dispute resolution.
Brian began his law career with Boardman Clark in 2014 as a clerk and joined the firm in 2016 as an attorney after obtaining his J.D. Brian is a member of the firm’s School Law, Labor & Employment, and Municipal Law Practice Groups. Brian has experience guiding public and private sector employers through a variety of challenging legal situations.
Jared Walker Smith joined Boardman Clark in 2017 and represents municipalities, utilities, individuals, and businesses across Wisconsin, with a focus on water and wastewater utilities, lake districts, general municipal law, and land use and development.
