Jamie primarily practices in Boardman Clark’s Real Estate Group. With more than 23 years of real estate experience, Jamie concentrates his practice on all phases of commercial real estate including the acquisition and sale of real estate, project development, financing, construction, leasing, management, due diligence, and governmental entitlements.
Prior to joining Boardman Clark, Jamie worked in several corporate roles. His in-house experience helps him to understand the client perspective, allowing him to identify the issues most important to them and to communicate complex legal issues a manner that is understandable. It has also given him an appreciation for working collaboratively with clients to solve problems and complete deals in support of their goals.
Jamie has experience in nearly all asset classes and has worked extensively with retail and office projects. He has taken numerous projects from concept to delivery, representing property owners, investors, and tenants. Jamie has closed agreements involving many of today’s best-known retail and office tenants.
