Stephen is a patent attorney in the Intellectual Property Group. Stephen applies his technical background and business-focused approach to help his clients protect their intellectual property assets while optimizing their market presence.
His services include counseling and representing clients with patentability searches, as well as analysis and procurement of intellectual property rights before the U.S. Patent Office. Further, he works with clients to protect their rights by overseeing the competitive intellectual property landscape. Stephen is also experienced in assisting clients with licensing agreements, joint development agreements, and purchase agreements related to their intellectual property rights.
