Municipal Law
For over 50 years, our attorneys have worked with cities, villages, towns and counties throughout Wisconsin. We serve as local counsel to over 60 local governments assisting those clients on an ongoing basis with a full range of legal services, from straightforward ordinance drafting to complex project negotiation. We also provide special counsel services to other local governments on specific projects that require unique or specialized knowledge. Whether serving as local counsel or special counsel, we work closely with our clients to address and resolve legal issues sensibly and efficiently.

Library Boards
Advising Library Boards in their statutory duty to hire the librarian and oversee library personnel issues, and in their budgetary responsibility, including interaction with the state and county funding sources.

Negotiation of long term and short term power supply agreements (including EEI and NAEMA tariff agreements), wholesale water supply agreements, renewable energy project agreements, and asset purchase and sale agreements.
