Mike Julka Announces Retirement
Mike Julka has announced that he will retire from the firm effective January 2, 2024. Mike has had a distinguished 47-year legal career representing school boards, school districts, CESAs, school-related associations, and municipalities across the state. These clients and his colleagues here at Boardman Clark have benefited greatly from his wisdom and advice during those years. He has served as President of the Dane County Bar Association; Director and President of the Wisconsin School Attorneys Association; and served on the Board of Directors of the National Council of School Attorneys (COSA), as well as Chair of the COSA Leadership Development and Labor Relations Committees for many years. We wish Mike all the best as he now hopes to spend more time in Door County, on the golf course, with his grandkids, and rooting on the Packers, Badgers, and local high school teams.
