The incoming Trump administration has stated its intention to crackdown on unauthorized workers, and employers can reasonably expect an increase in enforcement activity. Employers should prepare by proactively reviewing existing documentation, ensuring proper hiring procedures, and remaining nimble in anticipation of new policies.
